Looks like HP may kick Mac's ass!

For a good number of years, Apple has dominated edit & post in my opinion however, recently I have seen more and more of HP knocking it right out of the park.
First, 2 weeks ago we ran into this video about HP's new line of "Production PCs" We were skeptical but when we learned of the Thunderbolt 2 technology spilling over into PC land, we took a closer look.
First, 2 weeks ago we ran into this video about HP's new line of "Production PCs" We were skeptical but when we learned of the Thunderbolt 2 technology spilling over into PC land, we took a closer look.
Now we see this: Awesome performance – straight out of the box.
Thanks to the incredible processing power of the HP Z8 Workstations, we are able to take on massive workloads, running multiple workstreams simultaneously without ever slowing down.
They boast systems with 24 cores for god's sake! Mac's best right now is 12 to put that into perspective.
Long story short, I think we're really seeing the PC come back into the studio, thanks in large part to HP.
